  1. Find a look for your little one. Shop by trend, occasion, new arrivals, style, color, or popularity. It’s just like shopping at other retailers only you don’t have to worry about making a long-term commitment.
  2. Reserve the outfit. Once you’ve decided, select their size and block out the dates you need. We know that sizing can vary from designer to designer—so to be extra-safe, we recommend sizing up.
  3. Wait. But not very long! Your outfit will arrive within two to three days (even sooner if you live in the Northeast) from the start of your rental period, guaranteed, in a special garment bag.
  4. Return the outfit. Each piece comes with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label that you can stick on the garment bag and drop off at USPS. You don’t need to worry about dry-cleaning or any other fuss. All those pesky details are our responsibility.
  5. Lastly, give us feedback! We want to know how it all went—the good and the not-so-good—so we can tailor LRB to all your needs. We’ve created this service to make everything easier for parents like you, so please share your ideas with us.

LRB wants to make the rental process as convenient as possible! We’ll take care of everything you need to make returning the outfit entirely hassle-free! Simply follow the 3 easy steps on the Return Instructions card:

  1. Check the tag included on the outfit to verify your selected return date.
  2. Next, to ship the piece, simply place it in polymailer and with return label already attached. There’s no need to iron or clean —we’ll take care of it.
  3. Lastly, drop the package off at your nearest mailbox. Make sure you post the package by no later than 12pm on the return date. If your return date falls on a Sunday or holiday, it must be postmarked first thing the following day. It is important that we receive the outfit back on time so we can ensure availability to other members, so please don’t forget!

    Really, it’s that easy! And we’ll also send you an email within 5 business days of your return date, confirming the receipt of your item, so you won’t have to worry about any postal mishaps.

We’ve partnered with a local dry cleaner and have developed a process that ensures stringent quality control. We’ll only ship dresses that receive a 100% fresh seal of approval. Our packaging is also specially designed to fully protect the dresses during shipment.

We understand that things happen - kids spill food, get grass stains on the outfits, sequins fall off. Our dry cleaner can take care of most minor damage. And the $5 insurance charge on each piece you rent will cover these types of situations.

Unfortunately if significant damage or theft occur your credit card will be charged the full retail price of the outfit.

Contact us and we will let you know how you can buy the piece directly from the designer or retailers.

We allow 24 hours from the time of the rental to cancel. After that, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
